How do I know what size lace to order?

-- Before ordering, we ask our customers to measure the existing shoelace of the shoelace they plan to replace. This will eliminate errors and give our customers the perfect replacement product. 

What is the turn around time for my product to ship? 

-- All laces are handmade and made once the order is placed, this can be time consuming.  We aim to have our products shipped with in 72 hours of purchasing but depending on workload we ask that you allow 7-10 days for us to prepare and additional shipping time.

Are my laces refundable?

-- All sales are final.  However, we do ask if you have any issues or concerns that you contact us through email, which can be found on the contact us page.

Will sold out laces be restocked?

-- Sold out laces may potentially be restocked and other times may not.  We advise our customers to contact us via email for more information or to be placed on a waiting list if restocking is available. 

What if my lace length is not an option to purchase? 
— please contact us via email so we can accommodate your needed length 

Please note, these items are handmade.  Please expect some imperfections and potential fabric variations.  We try our best to photograph and represent color accurately however due to light variations, colors may not be accurately represented.
